About Us
We are an ambitious premium vineyard located in the renowned Crouch Valley. Our focus is on producing high\-quality Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, with an emphasis on sustainable viticulture and long\-term excellence in both vineyard management and wine quality.
Our hospitality business is enjoying rapid growth, and we are looking for someone with experience in developing vineyard hospitality as we expand our hospitality business.
We are launching exciting new events every month, and you will be involved with the planning, inception and execution of these events. Your energetic approach will help drive our sales initiatives forward, supporting the growth of our hospitality services.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast\-paced environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will shine.
The person we are looking for
You may already have experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, premium retail or another customer\-facing business. What matter most is your personality, energy and ability to drive the cellar door business forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day vineyard hospitality, managing staffing levels, stock and customer bookings and enquiries
- Developing hospitality events \- costing, marketing \& execution.
- Work within as team on the expansion of our Cellar Door facilities.
· Competitive salary (£30,000–£40,000\+, dependent on experience).
