The Hospitality Co\-Ordinator is responsible for the efficient day\-to\-day running of the hospitality office, ensuring the seamless coordination of reservations, billing systems, client enquiries, and hospitality services. Working closely with the Hospitality General Manager, this role will support the operational delivery of hospitality services across the site, including fine dining, events, meetings, lunches, and client functions.

The successful candidate will oversee the client journey from initial booking through to the successful delivery of hospitality services, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.

This position is primarily Monday to Friday with daytime working hours.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage hospitality reservations and booking systems.

  • Process hospitality billing accurately and efficiently.

  • Act as the main point of contact for hospitality enquiries.

  • Support the Hospitality General Manager in the daily operation of the department.

  • Assist with the delivery of food and beverage service within fine dining and hospitality areas.

  • Ensure all hospitality events, meetings, lunches, and dinners are executed to the highest standards.

  • Liaise with clients regarding hospitality requirements and event details.

  • Manage product ordering and stock requirements for hospitality operations.

  • Maintain HACCP compliance and support food safety procedures throughout the department.

  • Ensure allergen information is accurately communicated and maintained on menus.

  • Complete and monitor cleaning schedules and departmental checklists.

  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

  • Foster excellent client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the hospitality department.

Qualifications
------------------
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with billing and invoicing processes.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional appearance and approach.

  • Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.

  • Previous experience within a 5\-star hospitality, hotel, corporate hospitality, or fine dining environment.

  • Experience coordinating hospitality events and client functions.

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

  • Understanding of allergen management and hospitality compliance requirements.
