Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant between 18\-24years old to join our small dedicated team at A Park View Hotel. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help ensure that every guest receives outstanding service, enjoys the full range of hotel and restaurant facilities, and leaves with memorable moments that inspire them to return
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping\- upkeep of hotel rooms to include cleaning; laundry and making up rooms ready for check\-in.
- Breakfast Service Greet and serve guests in the restaurant \- prepare fruits and continental breakfast and make and serve hot and cold beverages to inhouse guests
- Assist with Breakfast/Brunch/Afternoon Tea preparations and service.
- Clean and tidy of restaurant facilities
- Assist in hospitality services and be available for all football games Molineux Stadium.
- Support the team in food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries and escalate to manager
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
