We are offering incentives for some territories.</p>

<p data-start="456" data-end="679"><strong>These positions require experience with OASIS documentation.</strong> </p>
<p data-start="456" data-end="679">You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. <h3><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Use strong <strong>head-to-toe assessment</strong> skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition</li>
<li>Utilize your experience with <strong>acute and post-acute care</strong> (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)</li>
<li><strong>Triage and manage urgent clinical situations</strong> independently in the home setting</li>
<li>Perform <strong>medication reconciliation</strong>, teaching, and safety monitoring</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive <strong>wound assessment, care, and documentation</strong></li>
</ul>

<li>Efficient with <strong>point-of-care documentation</strong> and technology</li>

<li>Comfortable providing care in <strong>varied home environments</strong></li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules</li>
<li>Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts</li>
<li>Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma</li>
<li>At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).</li>
