Home Carer

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Carer to join our team in Fife. You will be at the heart of our service, visiting clients and supporting them with their medication needs in the comfort of their own homes across Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews, and across the Kingdom of Fife. Each client visit gives you meaningful time to provide real, person\-centred care.

What the Role Involves

• Visiting clients in their own homes across Fife


• Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans, using your medication administration experience to provide safe and accurate support


• Maintaining accurate records of each visit and any changes observed


• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families


• Reporting any concerns to the care coordinator promptly

To be considered, you’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ previous UK care experience


• Experience in medication administration


• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Full time and part time positions are available to fit around your lifestyle and commitments.
