Location:Skipton/Craven, Dales Community Care

Salary: £13\.90 per hour weekdays \- £14\.40 per hour weekends

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/Working Pattern: Various, 7am \- 2pm and 4pm \- 10pm

In this role you will be:

• Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.


• Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions.


• Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.


• Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.


• Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well\-being.


• Full driving licence and car required for this role.


• Communicate effectively with clients’ families, and healthcare providers.
