We are currently looking for caring and reliable Home Care Assistants to provide night sits for clients in their own homes.

Clemence Rogers Home Care is a premium independent care provider in Doncaster. All our carers are professionally trained in care and first aid to Government National Care Standards and are dedicated to supporting individuals to remain at home rather than enter residential care. Our support is tailored to the needs of each service user and their family—we aim to assist anyone who needs our help.
No experience? No problem! Full training and shadowing are provided. All you need is a genuine desire to help people stay safe, comfortable, and happy in their own homes.
Duties include:
- Carrying out regular check\-ins throughout the night to ensure the client is safe and comfortable
- Providing reassurance and support if the client wakes during the night
- Supporting clients with personal care and toileting when required
- Assisting with mobility and safe movement around the home
- Supporting with medication where required
- Monitoring the client's wellbeing and responding to their needs
- Helping clients settle comfortably and safely
- Providing peace of mind to clients and their families
- £13\.50/hour, including £27/hour on bank holidays
- Rolling rotas for flexible working
- Full training provided and ongoing support
- Paid mileage for travel between clients
- Consistent clients to build lasting relationships
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support
