About the Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top\-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals

  • The Home Care Assistant will be assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities in their own homes.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)

  • Have prior experience in domiciliary care

  • Driving License is essential.

  • Possess relevant healthcare certifications

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives
