- Maintain accurate tracking, assessment, and marking records in line with department expectations.
- Foster an analytical, critical-thinking classroom environment where students feel confident debating and evaluating historical and political events.
- Complete timesheets accurately and submit them weekly for prompt payment processing.
- A relevant degree (History, Politics, International Relations, or standard Humanities pathways).
- Strong subject knowledge of current GCSE exam specifications and A-Level Politics boards.
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to hit the ground running in an active long-term post.
- Reliability regarding administrative tasks, including punctual timesheet submissions.
