We have a new opportunity for a driven and motived Hire Controller to join our successful and team based in Dublin.

In this role you will be:

• Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.


• Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.


• Supporting the field sales representative to maintain and build profitable relationships with customers.


• Working with the workshop team to ensure equipment is prepared as required to meet customer expectations.


• Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented and filed.


• Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing, cost management.


• Work effectively and in partnership with the branch management team on sales and operational functions.

• Problem solving skills
