Holcim UK is seeking a professional and reliable Class 2 HGV Driver to join our specialized Mortar team based at our Wrexham plant. As the "face of the company" on\-site, you will beresponsible for the safe and timely delivery of mortar products to various construction projects across the region.
This is not just a driving role; it involves operating specialized equipment and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
What will you bring?
- Can work alone or part of a team .
- Previous experience in HGV driving is preferred, though specialized training for mortar delivery will be provided. Experience in the construction or aggregates industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI Policies and procedures an advantage.
- Knowledge of concrete desired but not essential.
- Customer Focused.
- Good Communication skills required.
- Previous HGV licence and CPC card is desirable.
- MPQC is preferred
- Strong spatial awareness for maneuvering in tight site environments and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
