Heating Engineer

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing \& Heating (or equivalent)


• Strong problem\-solving skills and good customer communication


• Ability to learn on the job

Key Responsibilities will include (training can be given)

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently


• Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems


• Install and integrate renewable energy systems, including heat pumps, solar thermal systems, and underfloor heating


• Ensure compliance with MCS regulations, health \& safety requirements, and industry standards


• Liaise with customers to explain work carried out and provide clear advice


• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance


• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines


• Stay up to date with industry developments and participate in training on new technologies
