Your Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you’ll support individuals in their own homes to live comfortably, safely, and with confidence. You’ll provide compassionate, person\-centred care while promoting independence and dignity at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high\-quality personal care tailored to individual needs

  • Support with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with mobility and help clients move safely within their home

  • Prepare nutritious meals and support with eating and drinking where required

  • Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and policies

  • Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

  • Follow safeguarding, health \& safety, and confidentiality procedures at all times

  • Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to provide outstanding care

  • A full UK driving licence is an advantage, but walkers are very welcome
