ABOUT ARISHTA

ARISHTA is a UK\-based healthcare acquisition and technology transformation platform, focused on domiciliary care, residential / nursing care homes, AI\-enabled operations, and healthcare analytics. We acquire, operate, and digitally transform care businesses — building scalable infrastructure that genuinely improves outcomes for residents and the teams who care for them.

Founded by experienced healthtech operators.

Our founding team previously built and successfully exited a London\-based healthcare technology business in the UK. The healthtech company built eMAR (electronic medicine administration recording) system integrated with NHS SPINE GP Systems and all major pharmacy systems. The company scaled to more than 2000 care homes and all major pharmacy chain names in UK. We bring deep operational insight into what works and what does not when technology meets frontline care.

This role sits at the heart of our technology strategy. You will work directly with the founders and report at headquarters level, shaping a platform with real\-world impact across hundreds of care workers, nurses, and residents.

We are building our core software platform from the ground up: an AI\-driven, all\-encompassing operational system for UK residential care homes and home care agencies. This is a rare opportunity to join at inception, influence the product architecture from day one, and grow with a business that has both clinical depth and commercial momentum.

THE ROLE

This is a senior, autonomous role. You will sit between care delivery and engineering — spending time understanding how care is actually delivered on the ground, translating that into clear product requirements, and working closely with our Head of Engineering to ensure the right functionality is built in the right order.

You will own the long\-term product roadmap, lead feature prioritisation decisions based on rigorous cost/benefit analysis, and balance operational reality with technical delivery. You will have genuine influence over what gets built and why — supported by direct access to founders who understand both the clinical environment and the commercial imperative.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

An AI\-driven platform covering the full operational and regulatory lifecycle of care, designed for carers, nurses, managers, and administrators which includes entire workflow of care scheduling, care management, compliance processes, staff management and useful AI tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of how home care agencies operate in the UK, including day\-to\-day care delivery, staffing, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

  • Work directly with registered managers, and senior leadership to document business requirements clearly and accurately.

  • Translate operational needs into structured, engineer\-ready product requirements and user stories.

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Head of Engineering, prioritising delivery based on real business value.

  • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure each development cycle delivers clear, usable functionality.

  • Track delivery progress and communicate transparently on timelines, risks, and dependencies to founders and stakeholders.

  • Support user testing, feedback loops, and acceptance testing at live care sites (periodic UK travel required).

  • Act as the bridge between operational teams and technical teams — ensuring neither side is lost in translation.

  • Contribute to AI feature definition — working with engineering to incorporate voice documentation, predictive analytics, and workflow automation meaningfully into care operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in software platform delivery.

  • Strong ability to understand complex operational processes and translate them into clearly documented product requirements.

  • Hands\-on experience working with engineering teams on roadmaps, sprint cycles, and delivery planning.

  • Clear, confident communication — written and verbal — with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfort and willingness to spend time on\-site in care settings to understand real\-world usage.

  • Self\-starter with high autonomy — able to lead decisions and drive delivery without waiting to be directed.
Highly Desirable
  • Experience in health, social care, or any regulated service environment.

  • Familiarity with UK residential care homes or domiciliary care operations.

  • Experience delivering software where compliance, record\-keeping, and auditability are critical requirements.

  • Exposure to care planning systems, rota platforms, HR systems, or compliance tools (e.g. Person Centred Software, Nourish, Careline, Birdie or similar).

  • Understanding of AI and based workflow automation.
EQUITY \& LONG\-TERM PARTICIPATION

Employee Share Option Programme (ESOP)

We believe that the people who build ARISHTA should share in what it becomes. Based on agreed performance milestones, this role is eligible to participate in our ESOP programme giving you a meaningful equity stake in the long\-term value of the platform you help create.

This reflects our belief that a founder\-level contributor deserves founder\-level upside. We will discuss structure and milestones openly as part of the offer conversation.

WHY JOIN ARISHTA

  • Fully Remote — Work from home as standard. Periodic site visits for user research and UAT across UK care homes.

  • Direct Founder Access — Work closely with founders who have built and exited a UK healthtech business and bring genuine clinical and operational credibility.

  • Technology Enabled Care — AI\-first platform covering voice documentation, intelligent scheduling, predictive analytics, and workforce optimisation in care.

  • ESOP Eligibility — Milestone\-based equity participation. You build it — you share in what it is worth.

  • Competitive Salary — Remuneration based on experience and calibre, discussed openly at offer stage.

  • Greenfield Opportunity — No legacy constraints. You shape the product architecture, the roadmap, and the delivery culture from scratch.

  • Real Impact — Your product decisions will directly affect the quality of care delivered to thousands of residents and the staff who care for them.
