Healthcare Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare to join our team for night shifts. The successful candidate will provide high\-quality, person\-centred care while ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.

Carry out regular night checks and monitor residents’ wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records, reports, and night handovers.

Support residents with mobility using safe moving and handling techniques.

Assist with medication as per training and care home policy.

Respond effectively to emergencies, falls, or health concerns during the night.

Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and respect at all times.

Follow safeguarding, health \& safety, and infection control procedures.

Work independently and as part of a night team

Pay: £12\.85 per hour
