A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Hospice inpatient unit as a Healthcare support worker. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team based within Salisbury's Specialist Palliative care Services, the Hospice inpatient unit provide high quality palliative and end of life care to those who need it.
We are inviting applications from candidates with empathy and understanding, looking to develop their skills and knowledge surrounding specialist Palliative care and end of life care. Candidates will need to work flexibly within the team providing social, emotional, psychological and wider well\-being care to our patients and their families.

Main duties include supporting patients with personal care needs. Promoting dignity and respect to patients throughout their admission with us.
Working alongside the MDT to ensure each patient receives high quality, person centred care at all times whist living with a life limiting illness. All members of the team are also expected to work closely with and support their patients loved ones and family members as they too, navigating supporting someone with a life limiting illness.
