We are looking for Care Assistants to support our residents throughout at our beautiful Haddenham Park Care Home and Apartments in Aylesbury.
The shift patterns for days and nights are 8am-8pm and 8pm-am. We are looking for people interested in either shift pattern. Typically, you will work 3 days out of 7 and weekend working is required.
The impact you will make. • With the support and kindness of the team, you will work closely with residents, their families and external health professionals to provide safe, high-quality physical and emotional care
- You will provide personal care, reassurance and companionship throughout the night, ensuring residents’ needs are always met with kindness and respect.
- You will be passionate about encouraging and supporting residents to achieve even the smallest goals, promoting confidence and wellbeing.
- Through the positive relationships you build, residents will feel supported to maintain their independence, make their own choices and always feel dignified.
- You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in an organised and structured way.
- You will be willing to learn, grow and develop within the role.
- You will be flexible and happy to work weekends when required to support the team.
