Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives ? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our Brampton House District Nursing team at St John and St Elizabeth Hospital , St John’s Wood.
Who we’re looking for:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Substantial experience in acute or community care
NHS experience is essential; community experience is a plus (training provided!)
Team players who value diversity and holistic care
Provide high\-quality care to patients in their homes.
Support patients with long\-term conditions to live independently and confidently.
Work alongside a dedicated nursing team to maintain top\-quality service.
