We’re looking for a Health \& Safety Manager to join our team.

JOB SCOPE:
The Health \& Safety Manager, while operating directly under the reference Manager, carries out their activities with the support of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP), as provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08, and to the various company structures for all matters falling within their respective areas of competence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With the support of the external RSPP in the collection and analysis of the data necessary for risk assessment, providing the necessary information relating to the work activities carried out, in order to contribute to the definition of preventive and protective measures, the identification of the related control systems, and the development of work procedures and instructions.
- The RSPP will support him in the drafting and updating of Safety Documents, such as Risk Assessment Documents, Fire Risk Assessment Documents and Emergency Plans, as well as related documentation.
- Participate in scheduled workplace inspections and checks.
- The RSPP will support him in the management and drafting of Safety coordination documents, including the Safety and Coordination Plan, Single Interference Risk Assessment Document and Coordination Minutes, relating to Third\-Party Companies operating in the workplace.
- Promptly notify the RSPP of any organisational and/or production process changes in order to proceed with any necessary revision of the Safety Documents.
- Verify the application of safety procedures and instructions and contribute to their dissemination.
- Identify and report any hazards and critical situations, as well as potential risks to workers' safety and workplace healthiness, collaborating with the RSPP, the reference Manager and the Employer in identifying corrective actions — technical, organisational and procedural — aimed at reducing risks.
- Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers in order to suggest any necessary updates.
- The RSPP will support H\&S Manager in emergency management by communicating any changes that may occur, for example in relation to the training and designation of Emergency and First Aid Officers, as well as in the organisation of evacuation drills.
- Collaborate in the planning of compulsory training and verify the correct registration of training activities through the use of dedicated management software. The RSPP will support in the subsequent appointment process of the subjects identified by Legislative Decree 81/08\.
- Collaborate with the external RSPP in the preparation of information materials.
- Support the Company in the management of documentation relating to plants, equipment and PPE.
- Support the Company by providing assistance to the Bodies responsible for legal controls (ADR, ASL, INL, VVF, etc.) during inspections and checks.
- Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health \& Safety, Prevention Techniques or a related technical discipline. Preferred qualification: Master’s degree in health \& safety management or HSE
- Approximately 4\-6 years of experience in Occupational Health \& Safety roles within industrial, manufacturing, logistics or service environments.
- Training in accordance with the State\-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025 (Modules A and B).
- Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and applicable technical standards.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health \& Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001\); familiarity with ISO 9001 is considered a plus.
- Risk analysis skills and knowledge of business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with the RSPP, Supervisors and Managers.
- Proactive approach, operational autonomy and problem\-solving mindset.
- Excellent command of both spoken/ written English (Mandatory)
