Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate a team of HSE experts. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization, as a member of the Board of ABB Spain.
Work model: \#LI\-hybrid
- Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements
- Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
- Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives.
- Driving behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Technical Engineering as Electrical, Electromechanical, or similar technical background.
- Health and Safety / Risk Prevention certificate.
- Proven experience in Risk Prevention / Health \& Safety of at least 10 years.
- You are immersed in Spanish Legal Frame and used to work with Senior Leaders.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Security plans and environmental regulations.
- You are at ease communicating in English. Spanish is mandatory.
