Job Overview

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day\-to\-day pharmacy and healthcare operational activities

  • Supervise and coordinate healthcare support staff and schedules

  • Ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures

  • Monitor healthcare service quality, operational performance, and workflow efficiency

  • Support inventory management, procurement, and medicine stock control

  • Maintain healthcare documentation, reports, and administrative records

  • Assist with audits, risk management, and quality assurance processes

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and external organisations

  • Support implementation of healthcare leadership strategies and operational improvements

  • Promote a safe, professional, and patient\-focused working environment

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership or related discipline preferred

  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities

  • Good communication and administrative skills

  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare administration systems
Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £50,300\.00\-£75,297\.40 per year
