Job Overview

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day pharmacy and healthcare operational activities
- Supervise and coordinate healthcare support staff and schedules
- Ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor healthcare service quality, operational performance, and workflow efficiency
- Support inventory management, procurement, and medicine stock control
- Maintain healthcare documentation, reports, and administrative records
- Assist with audits, risk management, and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and external organisations
- Support implementation of healthcare leadership strategies and operational improvements
- Promote a safe, professional, and patient\-focused working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership or related discipline preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare administration systems

Pay: £50,300\.00\-£75,297\.40 per year
