Health Care Assistants (Twilight) required
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Health Care Assistants (Twilight shifts) to join our dedicated care team. In this vital role, you will provide high\-quality support to residents in a care home setting or through home care services during evening hours. Your energy and communication skills will ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and well\-cared for as they enjoy their evening routines. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming during twilight hours
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and update care plans as needed
- Ensure the safety of residents by conducting regular checks and responding promptly to any concerns or emergencies
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and team members
- Ability to use IT systems for documentation and updating care records efficiently
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow prescribed routines accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful approach towards residents
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a healthcare setting

Pay: £12\.85 per hour
Expected hours: 5\.0 – 20\.0 per week
