Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and dignity


• Support the implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and address concerns promptly


• Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with care standards


• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring safe transportation and support during travel


• Monitor health conditions, report changes promptly, and assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals


• Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols within care settings or home environments

Experience

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated applicants


• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members


• Basic IT skills for documentation and updating care records accurately


• Valid driving license preferred for roles involving transportation of clients


• Ability to work flexibly across different shifts to meet the needs of clients and the organization
