Join a growing doctor\-led private medical and aesthetic clinic in Leicester, offering advanced aesthetic treatments, minor surgery, skin rejuvenation and holistic patient care.

We are looking for a motivated and professional Healthcare Assistant / Aesthetic Practitioner to support our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care within a luxury private clinic environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting clinicians during minor surgical procedures and aesthetic treatments

  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining high clinical standards

  • Chaperoning patients and supporting patient flow throughout the clinic

  • Managing stock, consumables and sterilisation processes

  • Taking clinical photographs and assisting with patient documentation

  • Providing excellent patient aftercare and support

  • Supporting with front\-of\-house duties where required

Desirable Skills \& Experience

Candidates with hands\-on aesthetic treatment experience will be highly advantageous, particularly:

  • HydraFacial treatments

  • Microneedling

  • Skin rejuvenation procedures

  • Confidence in carrying out consultations and treating own patients independently

Previous experience within:
  • Private healthcare

  • Aesthetic clinics

  • Dermatology

  • Minor surgery environments

would be beneficial.

Requirements
  • HCA qualification or relevant clinical/aesthetic experience

  • Professional, friendly and confident manner

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Passion for aesthetics and patient care

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£34,528\.25 per year
