Health Care Assistant/Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing team across Bradford and surrounding areas. This is a flexible agency role offering day shifts, night shifts, weekend work, and immediate start opportunities.

Duties
- Assisting individuals with personal care and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting behavioural development through positive engagement
- Assisting with moving and handling where required
- Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Supporting individuals with routines and care plans
- Recording and reporting observations accurately
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe environment by following safeguarding and health \& safety procedures at all times

- Minimum 6 months healthcare/care experience preferred
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to apply)

£12\.50\-£15\.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift type, and placement)
