The Health Care Assistant (Nights) will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of the physical and emotional care of the residents, enabling the individuals to achieve a lifestyle of their own choice.

• Participate in the planning of care programs and preparation of care review discussions


• All aspects of the physical care of residents, including where necessary, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting etc.


• Involvement in and promotion of emotional care of the residents


• Involvement in the keyworker system


• Other duties that may be required to promote the comfort, well\- being and self\-respect of the residents


• Reporting any incidents of ill\-treatment of a resident to the Manager


• Promoting privacy, dignity and independence of all residents within the home


• Attending training sessions and meetings that will assist with the development of care practices

Pay: £13\.30 per hour
