We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing high\-quality care and support to individuals in care homes and home care settings. Duties

• Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility


• Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs


• Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns to senior staff


• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients


• Assist with medication administration in accordance with healthcare protocols


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all service users


• Support with light domestic tasks such as laundry and meal preparation


• Drive or accompany clients on outings or appointments as required


• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for suitable candidates


• Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation of clients


• Good organisational skills and ability to follow detailed care plans accurately


• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication


• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation


• Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach towards clients


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
