Health Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high\-quality care to residents in a care home environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to support individuals in their daily activities. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support tailored to their individual needs.

Duties

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting dignity and respect.


• Support the implementation of care plans by following established guidelines and reporting any changes in residents' conditions.


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and assist with administrative tasks as needed, utilising IT skills for documentation purposes.


• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life within the care home setting.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.

Hrs 24 per week

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
