About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant who:

Has previous care experience

Delivers a high standard of care and support

Treats residents with dignity, kindness, and respect

Enjoys being part of a close, supportive team

You’ll support residents with personal care, daily activities and emotional wellbeing, helping to make Hengrove Lodge a true home – not just a workplace.

You’re:

A team player who supports colleagues

Fun, loving, and flexible

Passionate about providing excellent care

Happy to help cover holidays and occasional shifts when needed

Reliable, compassionate, and proud of the work you do

Set shifts are provided, but being willing to lend a hand when the team need support is important to us.
