Health Care Assistant required in Basingstoke area

Role and Responsibilities:

· Help with washing \& dressing (Personal Care)

· Shopping \& meal preparation

· Prompting with medication

· Support with daily routines

· Respite services

· Socialising and leisure activities

· Helping clients access the community

Job Description and Person Specification

Qualifications Required and Desirable Experience:

• Mandatory Training in date


• DBS must be on update service/Must be willing to undergo DBS Disclosure


• Commitment to care certificate standards in first 3 months of employment


• Must be eligible to work in the UK


• Proven experience as a carer – or willing to be trained


• A valid driver’s licence

Skills Required:

• Mobility – ability to position and use mechanical or physical lifts for transfer where necessary or where service user has that equipment


• Be compassionate and empathetic to our clients

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: £13\.50\-£15\.50 per hour
