About the Role
We Kare Limited is looking for kind, compassionate, reliable and caring people to join our domiciliary care team. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, safety and wellbeing.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person\-centred personal care and support.
- Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility and daily activities.
- Prepare meals and support eating and drinking where required.
- Support medication in accordance with training, care plans and company procedures.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with agreed household tasks and community activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
- Complete accurate electronic care records.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection control and company procedures.
- Promote dignity, privacy, choice, equality and independence at all times.
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Kind, caring and compassionate attitude.
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to complete required training and competency assessments.
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
- Access to a vehicle preferred but not essential, depending on client location and care package.
