We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support patients and healthcare professionals in delivering high\-quality care. The successful candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their well\-being, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide emotional support while ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support patients with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Assist with feeding and hydration where required.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, observations, and changes in condition.
- Report concerns or significant changes in patients' health to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment.
- Assist in preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Support patients with social and emotional needs to promote well\-being.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is desirable.
- Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Competitive and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and organizational policies.
Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.50 per hour
