- Job Type: Part-time (22.2 hours per week, 3 days)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures in various Health and Social Care subjects including T Level Health, L2 BTEC Health and Social Certificate, and L3 Access to HE Health.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance student learning.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to promote their academic and professional growth.
- Participate in curriculum development and enhancement to ensure the courses remain relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field.
- Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications in Health or Social Care.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A caring and supportive approach, with a strong desire to see students succeed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of IT and educational technology.
- Knowledge of T Level is beneficial but not required.
