Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor
(Level 3 and Level 5 delivery roles available)
Location: Home and field based covering a radius from your home
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + BONUS of up to £12k per annum
(Salary dependent on level of delivery)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

KM Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Assessor to support learners working towards Health and Social Care Apprenticeships at Level 3 or Level 5 depending on competency, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact on learner success!
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must have experience of delivering Health and Social Care Apprenticeships - Frameworks OR Standards.
- Must hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly)
- Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
- Must have a good level of ICT skills
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care Levels 2, 3 and/or 5 (depending on level of competency).
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
