We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 4 manufacturers’ car, and van brands.
Position:
Join our dynamic team to lead and enhance health and safety across our multi\-site group. You will proactively manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain our online safety management system
- Conduct regular site visits across the multi\-site group to monitor health and safety standards, provide support, and ensure compliance
- Deliver risk assessments, training, and toolbox talks
- Lead health and safety policy development and compliance audits
- Collaborate with managers and HR to improve safety standards
- Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory bodies
- Experienced in a similar multi\-site role managing diverse risks
- Ability to drive culture change in health and safety
- Calm, patient and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Minimum qualifications of NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
