About the Role As a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner within CAMHS, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based low to medium intensity interventions to children and young people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties


• Support assessment, formulation, and care planning alongside senior clinicians


• Facilitate one-to-one and group-based therapeutic interventions


• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies


• Contribute to safeguarding, risk assessment, and ongoing clinical reviews


• Help promote resilience, recovery, and improved wellbeing outcomes

About You We’re looking for someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine compassion. You will ideally have:

• Experience working within CAMHS or children’s mental health services


• A background in health, social care, psychology, or related fields


• Strong communication and engagement skills with young people and families


• A good understanding of safeguarding and risk management


• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team


• A proactive, flexible, and reflective approach to care
