Head of Treasury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury professional to join a global finance function in a senior leadership role. Working closely with executive finance stakeholders, you will take ownership of group liquidity, cash management, banking relationships and treasury strategy, ensuring the business is well-positioned to support its ongoing growth and operational objectives.

Alongside day-to-day treasury leadership, you will lead a range of high-profile transformation projects across the Group, including process improvements around hedging, interest rate management and the implementation of a new treasury management system. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future treasury function, influence key business decisions and work closely with an entrepreneurial leadership team.

Responsibilities

As a Head of Treasury, you will…

• Managing group liquidity, cashflow forecasting, and funding requirements to support business operations and strategic growth.


• Overseeing banking relationships, debt facilities, foreign exchange exposure, and wider treasury risk management activities.


• Leading treasury projects focused on improving cash management, increasing efficiency, and enhancing funding structures.


• Partnering with finance, FP&A, and operational teams to develop robust forecasting models and optimise working capital performance.


• Driving treasury governance, controls, policies, and process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Qualified Treasurer or Accountant (ACT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant treasury experience in a corporate environment.


• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, debt facilities, foreign exchange and treasury risk management.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.


• Experience operating within an international or multi-entity business environment.
