Are you a driven transport leader who thrives on improving performance, challenging the status quo and leading teams through change?

I'm working with a well-established logistics operation looking to appoint a Head of Transport to take ownership of a sizeable fleet and drive the next phase of growth and efficiency.

The Role

This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for a transport function of approximately 50–60 drivers, supported by a planning and supervisory team.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

• Leading and developing the planning and driver teams


• Driving efficiency, structure and accountability


• Improving communication and alignment across the operation


• Moving the team from reactive to proactive planning


• Challenging existing processes and implementing best practice

What We’re Looking For

• International CPC (essential)


• Proven experience in a senior transport leadership role


• Strong background managing drivers and planning teams


• Experience improving performance within underutilised or resistant teams


• Confident, resilient leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence

• A strong, visible leader who isn’t afraid to challenge the norm


• Highly motivated with the drive and stamina to see change through


• A clear communicator who can build relationships at all levels


• Comfortable working in an environment that requires transformation and direction

• Take ownership of a well-established transport operation
