Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Head of Technology, Data and Transformation to provide multi\-disciplinary leadership for teams covering service delivery, infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, project delivery and change.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how technology, data and transformation enable us to achieve our strategic objectives. This will include developing and delivering a forward\-looking digital, data and technology strategy and fostering a culture of innovation, improvement and accountability.
The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience in technology, digital, data or transformation within a regulated, customer facing environments, alongside a proven track record of delivering large\-scale technology or business change. You’ll have strong experience across technology operations, cloud technologies, enterprise platforms and cyber security and governance, together with expertise in data governance, analytics and reporting and a good understanding of data platforms and business intelligence solutions.
