About the Role:
The Head of Technical Delivery is a high\-impact leadership position accountable for the execution of Finova’s most complex technical solutions. You aren't just managing timelines; you are the architect of our delivery engine. This role provides the strategic oversight and governance necessary to ensure that technical outcomes are high\-quality, predictable, and cost\-effective. You will bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Engineering, creating a seamless flow from strategic concept to client\-ready reality. By evolving our operating models and fostering a culture of excellence, you ensure that our technology delivery is a competitive advantage for the business.

As the engine room of our technical execution, you will lead a multi\-disciplinary organization to turn strategy into reality.
- Leading the Function: Providing strategic leadership across all technical delivery units, ensuring cross\-functional alignment and downstream client success.
- Designing Frameworks: Defining and evolving the delivery operating models and governance structures that dictate "how we work."
- Translating Strategy: Partnering with Sales and Product to turn high\-level roadmaps into executable, realistic delivery plans.
- Ensuring Predictability: Driving high\-quality outcomes through rigorous planning, forecasting, and proactive risk management.
- Advocating for Modernity: Championing the adoption of CI/CD, Agile at scale, and continuous improvement practices across all squads.
- Empowering the Org: Leading and recruiting a team of Technical Delivery Managers and Business Systems Analysts, fostering high performance and accountability.
