At Market Supply Chain for Key Markets we are contributing to this vision by building the bridge between Sanofi Manufacturing \& Supply sites to ensure we able to supply our customers and patients with our medicines and vaccinations. We are a high performing team of c.230 Supply Chain professionals who are based across 24 markets and always have our patients and customers at the heart of everything we do.

As Head of Supply Chain \- Key Markets, you will be accountable for all Supply Chain activities across all Global Business Units across 24 markets. You will ensure first\-class business partnership with GBU leaders and General Managers in Key Markets to maximize the contribution of the Market Supply Chain Teams. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Leading the Market Supply Chain Team, with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development


• Accountable for setting the strategy and tactical execution of the Market Supply Chain in line with Global Supply Chain strategy and in close collaboration with Global Business Process Owners


• Partner closely with GBU Leaders and Key Market GMs to align objectives, establish clear governance, and drive standardized excellence across Market Supply Chain teams for One Sanofi


• Ensures that SC Design, Planning and Execution deliver Patient, Customer and Business needs


• Scope includes all in market SC activities: Customer Care, Distribution (local management of 3PLs) and Demand Planning (including market IBP process)


• Representation of Key Markets at the Market Supply Chain Leadership Team


• Optimize Supply Chain performance by meeting KPI and budget targets, harmonizing processes and tools across markets, and implementing corrective actions to address country\-level gaps.


• Ensure a first in class and diverse team by leveraging people competencies, reinforcing capabilities, developing all supply chain people.


• Drive adoption of Global Supply Chain tools and digital platforms (KINAXIS, ERP, EDI), advance IBP maturity, and embed standardized ways of working across markets.


• Implement key organization changes, transformational programmes and projects.


• Review and optimise route to markets with strong focus on balancing business and product strategy, patient needs and cost to serve.


• Ensure presence and active participation of Sanofi in local and EU trade associations on the topics of Supply Chain

Experience

• Strong background in end\-to\-end supply chain management and people leadership


• Delivering transformation and breakthrough results in an established and complex market environment

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and innovation


• Ability to engage and collaborate with internal partners to develop and deliver short – medium term strategies with a 0\-5 year time horizon

• Ability to understand and interpret Supply Chain and Business KPIs and data to orchestrate the strategy making

• Knowledge of business frameworks


• Rounded presentation and negotiation skills


• Experience in implementing AI/ Digital Solutions are considered an asset

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar


• APICS certification is an asset

Sanofi International AG, based in Switzerland, is establishing a new transformational global commercialization center— at the cornerstone of Sanofi "Launch Powerhouse" strategy. We are building a new world\-class, centralized launch engine designed to orchestrate end\-to\-end commercialization for breakthrough medicines and vaccines across our Immunology and Specialty Care portfolios, that will reinforce and strengthen Sanofi’s existing launch expertise and network.

This is not a traditional pharmaceutical role. You will be part of a new pioneering, entrepreneurial entity with real decision\-making authority over global launch strategies, pricing corridors, market access, lifecycle management, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial execution. Working alongside a diverse, cross\-functional team of approximately 150 dedicated professionals co\-located in Switzerland, you will drive standardized, data\-driven, AI\-powered launch excellence at unprecedented scale.
