What You Will Be Doing
Working within a flagship showroom environment, you will lead from the front, combining personal sales success with team leadership and overall commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement and sales execution.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a small showroom sales team.
- Delivering a premium, consultative customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
- Building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing additional revenue streams.
- Creating a positive, energetic, and high\-performance sales culture.
- Monitoring performance, celebrating success, and motivating the team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Acting as a key ambassador for the business and its premium product offering.

- Experience within interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, fit\-out, home improvement, or other premium customer\-facing environments would be advantageous.
- High levels of energy, ambition, and self\-motivation.
