The Role
You will oversee and grow our sales operation across all divisions, managing.
- CRM pipeline management
- Sales performance, targets and KPIs
- Our current sales team
- Recruitment and training of new sales staff
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing sales teams
- Target\-driven and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
