We're hiring a Head of Property Asset Management to lead our portfolio team in Manchester.

This is one of the most important roles in the business.

You'll own the function that controls the outcome on every property listing we take on. Your team manages a portfolio of tenanted properties and gets them sold, and you're the person making sure they do it at pace, at the right price, and with the right level of pressure applied to every deal.

Your job is to build, lead, and sharpen a team of Property Asset Managers who position each property at the right price point to generate maximum buyer enquiries, then convert that demand into agreed sales.

You'll set the standard for how we communicate with clients, how we manage pricing expectations, and how we push deals over the line. You're not just running the team, you're setting the playbook they run.

You're actively influencing pricing strategy, deal flow, team performance, and revenue on a daily basis.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of Property Asset Managers

  • Setting pricing strategy across the portfolio and making the final call on contested valuations

  • Date Lead Individual: enquiry volume, price reductions, agreed sales, time on market

  • Coaching the team through difficult client conversations and stepping in on the highest\-value or highest\-friction property sellers

  • Working directly with the sales team to make sure listings are positioned to convert

  • Building the systems, scripts, and standards that scale as we grow

  • Reporting performance and forecasts directly to the CEO and sales director
What we expect:
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales or account management team

  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to model them for your team

  • Ability to build rapport with high\-net\-worth individuals and handle the conversations your team can't yet

  • Comfortable managing expectations around pricing, both with clients and internally

  • Sharp under pressure, able to juggle a live portfolio while developing people behind you

  • Strategic thinker who can spot patterns across deals and turn them into process

What you'll need:

  • 4\+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 in a leadership or team management capacity

  • Track record of hitting numbers personally and through a team

  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Strategic thinking and the operational discipline to back it up
