As Head of Project Management \& PMO, you will lead and continuously evolve the project delivery function within Alto Wealth \& Distribution Professional Services. With a team of 10 Project Managers and 2 PMO professionals, you will ensure that implementation projects are delivered with excellence — reliably, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight and hands\-on ownership where it matters most. From governance and portfolio transparency to delivery standards and continuous improvement, you will shape how successful project delivery looks in practice — supported by modern tooling and AI in everyday work.

Bringing 10\+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in financial services, wealth or asset management, and IT, makes you a great fit for this role
Solid leadership experience and a proven track record in managing complex project portfolios and implementation projects are part of your profile
