Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.
- Establish prioritization frameworks, operational processes, and governance models for platform initiatives.
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, and long-term technical direction to support business growth and product performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership teams to align priorities and execution plans.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers impacting engineering efficiency and product development velocity.
- Build, structure, and grow the platform function, including hiring strategies and organizational development.
- Represent the platform organization at leadership level and contribute to broader company strategy discussions.
- Ensure measurable improvements in delivery speed, system reliability, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support decision-making through strong technical understanding and strategic product leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading platform, infrastructure, or technical product organizations.
- Strong domain expertise within iGaming platform ecosystems, including PAM systems, game aggregation, payments, KYC/compliance workflows, bonus engines, and player data management.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, platform engineering, infrastructure, and scalable systems design.
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering results across complex cross-functional environments.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams and organizational structures.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience driving organizational alignment and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
