• Lead a team of Project Managers Industrialization and Product Industrialization Engineers in Hinwil


• Work jointly with the global Head of Product Industrialization and international colleagues to advance best practices and balance workload across sites


• Oversee staffing and execution of the Hinwil led industrialization project portfolio


• Strongly advocate for regional and global standardization of the supply chain and ensure its implementation


• Ensure end\-to\-end supply chain design and implementation across projects and the product life cycle


• Ensure structured decision\-making, high project management standards and transparent reporting


• Develop the skills of existing employees and recruit new team members according to current and future needs, in line with Belimo’s values, culture, and HR processes


• Provide product industrialization expertise to upper management, peers and key stakeholders

• BSc or MSc in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical)


• Further education in Project Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus


• Proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in managing senior, interdisciplinary teams


• Extensive experience in product development and industrialization of devices


• Strong project management background in a mass production environment


• Strategic, entrepreneurial and structured with high personal ownership


• Confident communicator, able to influence across cultures and management levels


• Humble personality who effectively motivates and inspires the team to achieve their goals


• Fluency in German (C1\) and English (C1\)
