What We Need

As the Head of Product; Europe \- Fleet, you will define and lead the product vision for Europe Fleet (EUF), transforming a strong, established business into a modern, customer\-centric and innovation\-led growth engine.

You will be responsible for accelerating volume growth, elevating customer satisfaction and building differentiated product capabilities that strengthen our competitive advantage across multiple European markets.

The scope of the role spans all European Fleet businesses, with significant strategic and commercial impact.

Reporting to the CPO, International Fleet, and sitting on the European Management Team, you will operate at the heart of the business, partnering closely with GMs, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology to shape the next phase of growth.

and you will play a pivotal role in the entire GTM approach.

How We Work

As the Head of Product; Europe \- Fleet, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Berlin, Almere, Prague or Nurenburg.

  • Company\-issued equipment

  • Formal, hands\-on training and support from a European Product team.
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

  • Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision for Europe Fleet, aligned to the broader International Vehicle Payments strategy

  • Own and prioritise the EUF product roadmap, ensuring strong alignment between business objectives, customer needs and technology delivery

  • Lead, coach and develop a high\-performing team of Product Managers across Europe, building modern product management capabilities and ways of working

  • Ensure Product acts as a driver of innovation and growth, not just execution, proactively identifying new value propositions, growth opportunities and customer\-led innovation

  • Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities and applications into product workflows, driving competitive differentiation and advantage

  • Balance capital investment effectively across business\-as\-usual priorities, optimisation initiatives and growth/innovation opportunities

  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through to launch and in\-life management, including performance tracking and optimisation

  • Drive strong cross\-functional collaboration with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology to ensure successful go\-to\-market and adoption

  • Embed a culture of outcome\-driven product management, with clear metrics and accountability for business performance

  • Represent Product at European leadership level, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring product strategy is well understood and supported

Key Skills and Experience
  • Deep expertise in modern Product Management, including discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and outcome\-driven delivery

  • Practical and hands\-on knowledge of AI tools

  • Passion for driving business growth and innovation, ideally with experience in fleet, vehicle leasing, mobility or adjacent B2B payment environments

  • Customer\-centric mindset, comfortable meeting and interacting with customers and partners regularly

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, go\-to\-market strategy and value proposition development

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes, optimising for growth, customer value and profitability rather than feature delivery

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence C\-level stakeholders and senior leadership teams

  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple countries, cultures and business models

  • Strong people leadership capability, with experience building, coaching and scaling high\-performing product teams

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Technology organisations
