Head of Performance Marketing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the performance function with a primary focus on paid media across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels.


• Set and maintain high standards for campaign architecture, targeting, creative testing, bidding, and measurement.


• Drive strategic direction on priority accounts, leading quarterly business reviews and defining future outlooks.


• Manage a team of performance directors, leads, and growth marketers, providing coaching and development.


• Ensure proactive performance management using AI-enabled systems to optimize client outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in B2B paid media and demand generation, with agency-side experience essential.


• Proven track record managing substantial media budgets with demonstrable improvements in pipeline generation metrics.


• Strong background working with Enterprise and high-growth SaaS clients.


• Experience leading a performance team and contributing to or owning go-to-market and demand-gen strategies.


• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
