Head of Tribe Tech - Payments
Salary: £150,000 - £180,000 + Package
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
We are supporting a leading banking organisation in the search for a Head of Tribe Tech - Payments to lead the technology and delivery agenda across a complex payments landscape.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving a portfolio of strategic payments programmes, shaping technology strategy, and delivering large-scale transformation across electronic payments platforms and services.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience leading end-to-end payments transformation programmes and a proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives within banking, financial services, or the wider payments sector.

- Lead the technology strategy and delivery roadmap for the Payments function.
- Drive the successful execution of multiple large-scale payments transformation programmes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align strategic objectives and delivery priorities.
- Manage technology delivery governance, budgets, risk, compliance, and resource planning.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across technology, change, and delivery functions.
- Ensure the successful delivery of regulatory, scheme-driven, and strategic payments initiatives.
- Collaborate across business units to manage dependencies and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
- Extensive experience delivering end-to-end payments transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of electronic payments ecosystems and payment schemes.
- Experience delivering Faster Payments, scheme-driven, or payments regulatory change initiatives.
- Senior leadership experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or payments organisations.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology and change delivery functions.
- Experience operating within Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive level.
- Experience managing significant budgets, delivery portfolios, and technology teams.
